Joseph Anthony Mazza, 19, of Perkiomenville, PA, passed away Friday, February 7, 2020.

Born November 1, 2000, in Phoenixville, PA, he was a son of Robert A. Mazza, Jr. and Michelle “Shelly” (Bossert) Mazza. He was a 2019 graduate of Perkiomen Valley High School and North Montco Technical Career Center where he specialized in carpentry, with a passion.

Joey worked for EC Fence & Iron Works, Inc. of East Norriton, PA, and had formerly been employed with Country Chef’s Kitchen of Perkiomenville, PA, and Creek View Farm of Schwenksville, PA. He was a member of Lower Frederick Fire Company since 2014 when he joined as a Junior Firefighter. A race fan, he was a member of the tow truck crew at Grand View Speedway. He enjoyed hunting, farming and anything outdoors. Joey had a strong love of God, freedom and his country. He loved his family with all of his heart and will be missed by many.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Robert “R.J.” Mazza, his wife, Jessica "Jess", and niece, Julia, of Perkiomenville, PA; a sister, Alexandria Mureah Mazza “Al” at home, and Hancho; his paternal grandfather, Robert A. Mazza, Sr. "PopPop", of Limerick, PA; and his maternal grandparents, James H. Bossert, Sr. "Poppy", and Carole A. (Bean) Bossert "Gram", of Perkiomenville, PA. He is also survived by very loving aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Arlene (Tartaglia) Mazza “MomMom”.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing from 9-11:15am on Saturday, February 15, 2020, at R. L. Williams, Jr. Funeral Home, Inc., 3440 Skippack Pike at Cedars Road, Skippack, PA, where all are invited to attend the funeral service at 11:30am. Interment will be private. He was loved by all of his brothers and sisters at Lower Frederick Fire Company and will forever be missed. RIP Joe
