Summit Ave Shed Fire

At 15:14 hours Tuesday (6/9/2026), Station 52 alongside Station 78 (Upper Salford) were dispatched to the 800 block of Summit Ave, Schwenksville Borough, for a “Trash / Dumpster Fire.” Additional information indicated a shed on fire.

Engine 52 arrived, confirmed the report, identified no exposures, and placed a handline in service to extinguish the fire. Mutual aid units from Upper Salford assisted with overhaul and final extinguishment of the fire.
