At 1937, Saturday October 31st, 2026, Perkiomen Township Fire Company and automatic aid companies, including Station 52, were dispatched to the 200 block of Lexington Rd within Perkiomen Township for a building fire. Montgomery County 911 center began receiving multiple callers reporting a "house on fire", which alerted additional companies on the Working Fire Dispatch. Captain 66 (Perkiomen) arrived on location first, reporting a middle of the group townhome with fire showing. Ladder 52 arrived first, split the crew placing a 2 1/2" hand-line in service. In total, 4 hand-lines were in service from Ladder 52's apparatus. The balance of the crew completed various truck company functions, including throwing egress ladders, searching for extension, and completing a search. Engine 52 also responded with additional manpower and ventilated the fire building's roof, providing relief for companies operating on the fire floors. Chief 52 held the "Division 1 Supervisor" throughout the incident. Lower Frederick operated in conjunction with mutual aid companies for around 3 1/2 hours, before returning to station and placing equipment back in service.
